Final Invest, a.s. (JSC) was found in Slovakia in 2000.
We were for some time operating as stock and securities trader, and financial services provider, but since 2007 our team and our sole shareholder focused on development of specific private equity projects, claim management including factoring, forfeiting and facilitation of third party financing.
Final Invest, a.s. (JSC) is Slovakia registered join-stock company, which in recent years acquired first majority in, and then position of the sole shareholder of the Karlovarska likernicka a.s. (JSC) which in turn is Czech Republic based joint-stock corporation, into which, in his unique position as claimant and heir of diverse IP rights against Jan Becher – Karlovarska Becherovka a.s. (JBKB JSC), Mr. Hoffmann, transferred as his in-kind contribution all his specific rights and claims, including claims to original Becher Recipe Book, containing number of original recipes for liquors pertaining to trademark now registered by JBKB JSC.
Final Invest, a.s. (JSC) is now launching second round of litigation financing for Karlovarska likernicka a.s. and concurrently our team is preparing legal steps toward long-awaited litigation in the case.
